VAST Apparel Summer Event Promo – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period:
Eligible orders must be placed between May 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM MST and June 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST to qualify.

Offer Details:
New customers who place a qualifying order of $1,000 or more before applicable taxes and shipping charges will receive all standard setup fees waived on the qualifying order.

Additionally, qualifying customers may choose to purchase the optional “Vendor Ready Kit,” which includes:

• 100 Stickers
• 60 Giveaway Tees
• 3 Staff Pieces

The Vendor Ready Kit is optional and is not required in order to qualify for waived setup fees.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Offer valid for new customers only.
• Minimum qualifying order subtotal must equal or exceed $1,000 before taxes, shipping, rush fees, artwork fees outside of standard setup, or additional service charges.
• Order must be submitted and approved within the promotional period to qualify.
• Payment terms and deposits must be satisfied according to VAST Apparel policies before production begins.

Additional Terms:

• Promotion applies to standard setup fees only.
• Specialty services, expedited/rush production fees, design revisions beyond standard scope, freight/shipping charges, and applicable taxes are not included in the waived setup fee promotion.
• Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, promotions, or negotiated pricing unless otherwise approved in writing by VAST Apparel.
• No cash value or substitutions will be provided.
• Offer is non-transferable.
• One promotional redemption per qualifying business/customer account.
• Vendor Ready Kit contents, apparel styles, colors, and sizing are subject to availability and may be substituted with comparable items at VAST Apparel’s discretion if inventory limitations occur.
• VAST Apparel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
