I’m Chynna Hansen, and my husband, Tyler, and I proudly own and operate VAST Apparel. As parents to five boys and founders of two businesses, we bring passion, grit, and a deep commitment to everything we do. After calling Idaho Falls home for over nine years, we’ve made it our mission to give back to the community that has given us so much.

As business owners ourselves, we know how vital it is for your brand to look cohesive, professional, and recognizable. VAST Apparel is powered by a team of 35+ talented individuals who are dedicated to bringing your vision to life with precision, creativity, and care.

OUR HISTORY:

VAST Apparel was born out of a simple observation: ordering custom bulk merchandise should be a seamless, enjoyable experience. However, we noticed that reality is hard to come by.

Before launching VAST, we built Little Mama Shirt Shop, a brand that has shipped hundreds of thousands of products worldwide and earned over 35,000 five-star reviews. Through that journey, we mastered the art of sourcing high-quality materials and building systems that deliver exceptional results on time and with heart.

In November 2024, we officially opened VAST Apparel to bring that same level of excellence to our local community. Since then, we’ve partnered with businesses, schools, and families across the Northwest, creating meaningful connections through custom merchandise. We’re honored to serve and support the people who make our region so special.

  • We prioritize your deadlines while offering the best quality merchandise. We source only top-of-the-line apparel to represent your brand, and we use state-of-the-art equipment and methods for printing and embroidery. We’ll get your order done on time, every time. 


 

  • The entire process is easy. We offer quick turnaround times and low minimums while you stay in touch with a real person every step of the way. We have a 12,000 sq ft warehouse that is always stocked with inventory, so if you need something quick, we can make it happen. From idea to design to production to pickup, you’ll always have all the information you need and you can trust that your merch is in good hands. 

 

  • We value your relationship. We build strategic partnerships with our clients so we can be a full service merch shop for all of their events throughout the year.
