VAST Apparel Free Coaches Shirts Promo – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period:

This promotion is valid from May 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM MST through June 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST. Orders must be submitted and approved within the promotional period to qualify.

Offer Details:
Customers who place a qualifying order of $1,000 or more before applicable taxes and shipping charges will receive up to six (6) complimentary coach or staff shirts with their qualifying order.

This promotion is intended for schools, athletic programs, sports teams, booster clubs, and organizations purchasing team apparel, sideline gear, coach apparel, spirit wear, or related fall sports merchandise.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Minimum qualifying order subtotal must equal or exceed $1,000 before taxes, shipping charges, rush fees, artwork fees, or additional service charges.
  • Orders must be submitted, approved, and invoiced within the promotional window to qualify.
  • One promotional redemption permitted per team, school, club, or organization.
  • Offer applies only to new qualifying orders and may not be applied retroactively to existing quotes, invoices, deposits, or previously placed orders.

Complimentary Shirt Terms:

  • Maximum of six (6) complimentary shirts per qualifying order.
  • Complimentary shirts are limited to select apparel styles designated by VAST Apparel.
  • Available apparel styles, colors, brands, and sizing are subject to inventory availability at the time of production.
  • Decoration method, print placement, ink colors, and production specifications for complimentary shirts will be determined by VAST Apparel based on artwork, garment selection, and production requirements.
  • Complimentary shirts must use the same artwork or branding associated with the qualifying team or organization order unless otherwise approved by VAST Apparel.
  • Specialty garments, premium apparel upgrades, oversized sizing, embroidery, additional print locations, individual personalization, or specialty decoration methods may incur additional charges.

Additional Terms:

  • Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional offers, setup fee waivers, negotiated pricing agreements, or promotional incentives unless otherwise approved in writing by VAST Apparel.
  • No cash value, credits, or substitutions will be provided.
  • Promotion is non-transferable.
  • Standard production timelines apply unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by VAST Apparel.
  • Shipping charges, taxes, rush production fees, design services outside standard scope, and additional service fees are not included in the promotion.
  • VAST Apparel reserves the right to substitute comparable apparel styles based on inventory availability.
  • VAST Apparel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
