VAST Apparel Toss to Win Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The VAST Apparel Toss to Win Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time, in-person activation available exclusively to attendees of the May 7, 2026 B2B BBQ event. Participation is voluntary and no purchase is required to play. 

The Promotion consists of a cornhole-style toss game where participants may earn a promotional reward based on performance.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to business representatives attending the event.
  • Limit one (1) promotional reward per business entity, regardless of the number of participants from that business.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • VAST Apparel reserves the right to verify business affiliation and eligibility.

3. Game Mechanics & Rewards

Participants will receive up to three (3) bean bag tosses per turn.

Rewards are awarded based on successful tosses:

  • 1 Successful Toss:
    • Receive one (1) waived setup fee
       (subject to qualifying order minimum)
  • 2 Successful Tosses:
    • Receive one (1) free custom printed hoodie
       (subject to qualifying order minimum)
  • 3 Successful Tosses

    • Receive three (3) additional units of the same item as included in the qualifying order; items will be added to the order at no additional cost(added to a qualifying order)


4. Reward Limitations

  • Only one (1) reward may be redeemed per business.

If a participant qualifies for multiple reward tiers, they must select one (1) reward option only.

  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
  • Rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless approved by VAST Apparel.

5. Order Minimums & Requirements

All rewards are contingent upon placing a qualifying order with VAST Apparel.

  • Orders must meet minimum order quantities and/or dollar thresholds, as determined by VAST Apparel based on product type and customization requirements.

The waived setup fee applies to one (1) standard setup fee only (e.g., screen print setup, embroidery digitizing, etc.).

 

  • Free hoodie includes:
    • Standard hoodie style selected by VAST Apparel
    • One (1) print location
    • Standard decoration method
  • Additional merch items (3-item reward):
    • Must align with the items in the original order
    • Must be of equal or lesser value than the primary items ordered

6. Redemption Window

  • Promotional rewards must be redeemed by submitting a qualifying order on or before June 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local time).
  • Orders must be approved and submitted into production by this deadline.
  • Orders do not need to be completed or fulfilled by this date.

Failure to meet this deadline will result in forfeiture of the promotional reward.

7. Additional Conditions

  • VAST Apparel reserves the right to:
    • Modify or substitute reward items of equal or greater value
    • Deny redemption if terms are not met
    • Cancel or adjust the Promotion due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Any attempt to redeem multiple rewards for the same business will result in disqualification.
  • By participating, attendees agree that VAST Apparel may use event photos and video for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. General Disclaimer

This Promotion is intended for business customers and is designed to support future merchandise orders. Participation does not guarantee pricing, timelines, or production capacity outside of standard VAST Apparel processes.
