At VAST Apparel, we specialize in custom apparel and branded merchandise. Because each item is made to order, all sales are final.

Custom Merchandise and Private Store Orders

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom merchandise, including items purchased through company stores, team stores, fundraising stores, and private links.

Each item is produced specifically for the customer based on the approved design, selected size, and order details.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before submitting their purchase, including:

  • Product style
  • Color
  • Size
  • Quantity
  • Shipping address

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes after production has begun.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if we made an error in production, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is determined to be caused by VAST Apparel, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue store credit

Size Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, VAST Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
