Eligible styles include:

  • Otto Trucker Hat

Each hat includes one standard embroidery placement (e.g., front panel).

Eligibility

  • Valid for new customers only
  • Requires a minimum order of $1,000 USD before tax and shipping
  • Limit one redemption per customer/business
  • Customer must not have previously placed an order with VAST Apparel under any business name, email, or affiliated entity

What’s Included

  • 6 hats (same style and design)
  • One embroidery placement per hat
  • Standard thread colors

What’s Not Included

  • Embroidery digitizing/setup fees (if applicable)
  • Additional embroidery placements
  • Specialty threads (metallic, puff, etc.)
  • Custom sourcing outside of eligible styles
  • Shipping costs

Product & Availability

  • Offer applies to in-stock colors and inventory only
  • If selected styles or colors are unavailable, VAST Apparel reserves the right to substitute with a comparable option of equal value
  • All hats must use the same artwork and placement

Order & Redemption Details

  • Promotion must be claimed at time of order placement
  • Cannot be applied retroactively to past orders
  • If order total falls below $1,000 after revisions, discounts, or removals, the promotion becomes void
  • Free hats will be produced and shipped alongside the qualifying order unless otherwise agreed upon

Turnaround Times

  • Standard production timelines apply
  • Adding this promotion does not guarantee rush production unless otherwise specified and approved
  • Delays caused by artwork approvals, inventory availability, or client response times may impact delivery

Returns, Cancellations & Changes

  • If an order is canceled or refunded and no longer meets the $1,000 minimum, the value of the free hats may be deducted from any refund
  • Once production has started, standard VAST Apparel production and cancellation policies apply
  • Promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless due to a production defect

Offer Limitations

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special pricing agreements unless explicitly approved
  • Not valid on sample orders or prior quotes
  • No cash value or substitutions outside of stated options

Expiration

  • Offer valid through May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST
