Can I provide my own apparel?


Yes on jackets, vests, and pullovers. These apparel items must be in Black, White, Dark Navy Blue, or Grey (any shade). No "Heather" shade colors or "Hoodie/Sweatshirt" material please. The standard Bish’s RV artwork will be applied to anything shipped in. If you're not sure your apparel will be approved to place the Bish's RV Artwork on, please reach out to:

On the "Resources" page, please print out the packing slip form, fill out and ship it with your apparel items, or fill out the form and email it to info@vast-apparel.com. 

View product specs here. For drop shipping (e.g. You place an order on Amazon but have it shipped directly to SREC) make sure to put Attention to you or your phone number. Make sure to let us know there is a package enroute. Once we receive your package, give us 1-2 days to turn around your apparel, and we’ll ship it right back to you. 

NOTE – we cannot remove or embroider over old company logos or name brand logos.


How Frequently Can I Order?


Due to the volume of orders from all Bish's RV stores, please try and limit your orders to once per week or every other week. We will process orders every Friday to help streamline the process 

Need to add to an order or did you forget something? No worries! Just place another order for what you missed and we'll get you taken care of.


What is the turn around time?


We custom order, embroider, and print your apparel. From the time your uniform order is placed, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped to you. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground.

 For provided items, we will most likely be able to sneak those on the machines between orders and get those to you with a couple of days.


Need a size not offered on this site?


We have substitute shirts for sizes not offered on this site. Contact your marketing director for additional sizes. We will work with marketing to get you a shirt you feel comfortable in.


Special order/product request?


We accommodate special requests and products not listed on this site. All special requests must be approved though your marketing department.


Need a restock on Bish's RV Hooded Sweatshirts?


Contact your marketing department for a Bish's RV restock. We will work with your marketing director on those logistics.


An item was backordered. When will I receive it?


We diligently work with our vendors to get the products you order. In this unprecedented time of supply chain issues some items maybe backordered. In that case, we work with our vendors to be first in line to receive the item as soon as it restocks. Backorder restock dates are usually available so we have a time frame of the products arrival.
